Sales Agent. acknowledges and agrees that any patent on the Products acquired by the Company or any of its subsidiaries and any patent applications on the Products filed by the Company or any of its subsidiaries (the “Patents”) are the sole and exclusive property of the Company and that throughout the term of this Agreement and following its termination or expiration, Sales Agent will not do anything inconsistent with such ownership, will not directly or indirectly challenge the title of the Company or any of its subsidiaries to the same and will not attack the validity of such Patents.
