SALARY STUDY. Before opening all successor agreements, a total compensation salary study will be completed by the Superintendent or designee or through a contract with a private organization with experience in the total compensation salary study process.
SALARY STUDY. This Letter of Agreement is entered into between the State of Oregon by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Labor Relations Unit (LRU), on behalf of the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Oregon State Hospital (OSH), and AFSCME Council 75 (Union). The Parties agree that the State will complete a salary study on the following classifications: ● Mental Health Registered Nurses ● Registered Nurse Epidemiologists The State will conduct a market survey of its defined labor market. The union will also conduct research and provide proposed market data. The union will provide DAS with market comparators, differential pay documentation, and any additional items they deem relevant and appropriate to consider for the study of the above classifications. The salary study shall be completed during the 2023-2025 Agreement.
SALARY STUDY. As a part of its proposal, each year either party may submit a request that the Families listed below be reviewed: • Student SupportMaintenance and Custodians • Clerical • Food Services The salary schedule is uniform for all classified employees working for the Walnut Creek schools. Entering salaries are always at the first step of the salary range except in certain specific classes where credit for experience outside the District may be allowed. The amount of credit to be granted for out-of-district experience will be determined by the Superintendent. A classified employee who wishes to receive credit for such outside experience is responsible for furnishing the Superintendent an official statement from at least one former employer verifying the experience claimed. It must be directly related to the work to be done for the Walnut Creek School District. Statements must be submitted no later than six (6) months after the initial employment to be considered.
SALARY STUDY. In July of the last fiscal year of this contract, the FOP and the City will jointly agree upon ten (10) law enforcement agencies in the region to use in a jointly administered salary and benefit study. The parties will equally share in the cost of the study.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • Salary Steps 1. Employees hired into trainee-level positions (Targeted Local Hire) shall be hired at Step 1 and shall remain on Step 1 for the duration of a twelve (12) month probationary period. 2. Employees hired into non-trainee positions shall be hired at Step 2 (or appropriate higher step in accordance with applicable MOU provisions or LAAC Section 4.90). 3. Employees shall remain on Steps 2 and 3 for nine (9) months each. 4. Steps 4 through 8 are separated by two (2) premium levels (Step 4 is one [1] premium level above Step 3). Employees shall advance to each subsequent step after twelve (12) months. 5. Steps 9 through 12 are separated by one (1) premium level (Step 9 is one [1] premium level above Step 8). Employees shall advance to each subsequent step after twelve (12) months.

  • Salary Scales ‌ 2.5.1 Effective from 1 January 2024, and subject to the Remuneration provisions in the Terms of Settlement, a 4% increase will apply to all paid and printed rates. The following Allied Divisions shall refer to the applicable schedules for their scales: MIT, UCOL and Otago. 2.5.2 Effective from 1 January 2025, kaimahi will be translated into the following salary scale, which includes the 4% salary increase: Band Step (N/A for UCOL and TOPNZ) Scale Scale 2025 (4%) 40 hours Band Step(N/A for UCOL and TOPNZ Scale 2025 (4%) Scale 2025 (4%)

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of employees covered by this agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated into this agreement.

  • SALARY STEP PLAN AND SALARY ADJUSTMENTS Appointments to positions in the City and County service shall be at the entrance rate established for the position except as otherwise provided herein.
