Salary Computation. The regular salary for each employee shall be based on the actual number of days or hours worked in the pay period, including authorized absences with pay, multiplied by the employee's daily or hourly rate. Such payments shall not exceed the biweekly rate as determined by the employee's range and step.

Salary Computation. 1. Employees receiving a promotion will be placed on the new salary scale according to the following steps.
Salary Computation. 20.1.1 Employees working more or less than one hundred eighty-five (185) days shall have their salaries computed on per diem rate. Such rate is determined by dividing the base salary on the schedule by 185 days, then multiplying the per diem rate by the number of days assigned to be worked.
Salary Computation. A regular rural carrier is paid based on the evaluation of the route to which the carrier is assigned for the first 30 days of the temporary higher level assignment. At the beginning of the next pay period following completion of the first 30 days, the carrier’s salary is converted to that of a 40-hour evaluated route, attained step. The salary is then adjusted in accordance with the salary rules for changes under the salary schedule to which assigned.
Salary Computation. Salary shall be deducted or increased for a full workday by a factor of 1/180 of the full-time teacher’s salary.

In determining the hourly equivalent 27 from the monthly salary range, the divisor of 173.33 hours per 28 month shall be utilized.
