Regular Transfer Process. Employees will normally indicate their desires for transfer on the electronic transfer request through the online application system. The transfer request application shall be active prior to February 1 each year. No later than June 1 each year, employees may elect to choose five sites for which they wish to be considered for a transfer. Employees may change the sites they have chosen once during the period from February 1 through June 1. Human Resources will notify the site administrators accordingly. Requests for reassignment shall also be submitted in writing to the site administration no later than February 1 each year.
