Common use of Salary and Vacation Pay Clause in Contracts

Salary and Vacation Pay. On or before the next regularly scheduled pay day following the Termination Date, the Company will pay you all of your salary earned and unpaid through the Termination Date. You acknowledge that, except as set forth in this Release and the Agreement you are not entitled to receive any additional money from the Company following the Termination Date, and that the only payments and benefits that you are entitled to receive from the Company following the Termination Date are those specified in this Release and the Agreement.
