Common use of Salary and Employee Benefits Clause in Contracts

Salary and Employee Benefits. In full consideration of Employee’s employment hereunder, commencing as of the Commencement Date (unless otherwise expressly provided in this Section 2), the Employee shall be entitled to the following payments and benefits, it being understood and agreed that any Salary-based benefits shall be calculated exclusively on the basis of the base Salary (without consideration to any other benefit):
