Common use of Salary Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Salary Adjustments. All salary adjustments shall be effective on July 1. An employee who begins work prior to January 1 will receive a salary adjustment on the next July 1. New employees who begin work after January 1 will not receive a salary adjustment until the beginning of the second fiscal year after the year of initial employment.
