SAFETY AND ACCIDENT PREVENTION. In performing work under the Subscription Agreement on the premises of League or Participating Institutions, Ex Libris shall conform to all specific safety requirements contained in this Subscription Agreement or as required by law or regulation. Ex Libris shall take all additional precautions as the League or Participating Institution may reasonably require for safety and accident prevention purposes.
