Business Associate shall implement and use appropriate safeguards, including but not limited any and all such safeguards directed by Tufts and/or Alere, to prevent use or disclosure of help ensure that Protected Health Information other than is not used or disclosed by Business Associate, or by any subcontractors, affiliates, or business associates of Business Associate, except as provided by in the Agreement and HIPAA Related Agreements (including this Business Associate Addendum).
