Common use of S ervices Clause in Contracts

S ervices. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx shall provide to County the services described in the Scope of Services at the time and place and in the manner specified therein. In the event of a conflict in or inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and Exhibits A/B/C, the Agreement shall prevail.

In the event of a conflict in or inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and Exhibits A/B/C/D, the Agreement shall prevail.
