S ervices. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Xxxx Xxxxxx shall provide to County the services described in the Scope of Services attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A at the time and place and in the manner specified therein. In the event of a conflict in or inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and Exhibits A/B/C/D, the Agreement shall prevail.

In consideration of the Service Fee, defined below, District Police shall provide the following services (“Services”) to the Charter School: ● Provide background checks on volunteers within one (1) month of receipt of application; ● Respond to calls from School Site; ● Respond to alarm calls from School Site; ● Provide training and community policing activities from time to time, as mutually agreed upon between the parties. The aforementioned Services shall be provided in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between the District and the City of San Bernardino, dated December 5, 2014, as may be amended (“City MOU”), which is attached hereto as Exhibit “B.”

Basic labs, x-rays and diagnostics are also covered under the copayment if received at the physician’s office or at an independent laboratory and if those are done the same day as the consultation. S ervices. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Contractor shall provide to County the services described in Exhibit A Scope and Description of Services attached hereto and incorporated herein. In the event of a conflict in or inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and Exhibits A/B/C/D, the Agreement shall prevail.
S ervices. Vendor represents and warrants that all Services shall be completed in a professional, workmanlike manner, with the degree of skill and care that is required by current, good, and sound professional procedures. Further, Vendor represents and warrants that the Services shall be completed in accordance with applicable specifications and any statements of work signed by an authorized representative of Phase Four and shall be correct and appropriate for the purposes stated therein. Vendor represents and warrants that the performance of Services under this Agreement will not conflict with, or be prohibited in any way by, any other agreement or statutory restriction to which Vendor is bound.
S ervices. The Services to be performed by the Design Consultant under this Agreement shall consist of the Basic Services described in Article 3, any Additional Services under Article 7, and any other obligations of the Design Consultant included in this Agreement.
S ervices. Julota will license to Customer access to a web-based and mobile integrated software for tracking services provided to Help Seekers on the Platform, which is called "Julota Reach." Customer and its authorized users may access the Services for the purpose of providing long-term Health Seeker contact, tracking, monitoring and care. Customer will, through the administration panel of Xxxxxx Xxxxx, create and authorize new authorized users. Julota Reach software will allow Customer and its authorized users to communicate action steps necessary to integrate and coordinate the care of Help Seekers.
