This may include c lientsC with co-morbid medical conditions and substance use 37 disorder. CONTRACTOR shall not refuse admissions of c lientsClients if they meet all the admission 1 criteria identified above. CONTRACTOR may admit and serve c lientsC not referred by the County County 2 ADMINISTRATOR or the 3 ADMINISTRATOR of any client CSU; however, CONTRACTOR must first notify the served under the Agreement who has not been referred by 4 ADMINISTRATOR or the 5 C. CONTRACTOR shall provide services in collaboration with the COUNTY’s Director 15 of Behavioral Health, or designee. 16 a. PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES – CONTRACTOR shall provide psychiatric services that 17 include psychiatric assessment, psychiatric treatment and psychiatric support services in accordance with 18 all applicable laws and regulations. Psychiatric services shall include but not be limited to: 19 1) A psychiatric evaluation, within twenty-four (24) hours of admission, by a licensed 20 psychiatrist. S ervices. Consultant shall provide one (1) full-time construction manager whose role shall be to provide construction management services for the Project. Services will encompass the enforcement of all construction contract requirements. Services will include but are not limited to:
S ervices. As part of this task, Consultant's Construction Manager ("CM") shall make staffing assignments, review and track work progress, coordinate quality management and review procedures, demonstrate Project progress through monthly reports to the City and serve as the primary point of contact when communicating with the City. Consultant CM shall manage schedule and monthly invoicing of the construction services provided. Consultant CM shall also prepare and maintain a log to record decisions made by City throughout the Project and manage the quality assurance/quality control ("QA/QC") review of deliverables. Consultant shall follow the City's templates and guidelines. The deliverables submitted by Consultant shall conform to the City's templates and guidelines as provided in the CIP Construction Administration Plan and other Program documents, procedures, and guidelines. The templates currently available include the following: Meeting Agenda, Meeting Notes, Project Decision Log, and Memo. Consultant shall perform the following project management activities.
S ervices. Julota will license to Customer access to a web-based and mobile integrated software for tracking services provided to Help Seekers on the Platform, which is called "Julota Reach." Customer and its authorized users may access the Services for the purpose of providing long-term Health Seeker contact, tracking, monitoring and care. Customer will, through the administration panel of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, create and authorize new authorized users. Julota Reach software will allow Customer and its authorized users to communicate action steps necessary to integrate and coordinate the care of Help Seekers.
S ervices. Vancord Emergency Incident Response will provide on-demand incident response services to aid in the investigation, containment, and eradication of a cybersecurity incident. Vital system logs will be collected from servers, workstations, firewalls, and any other related infrastructure deemed relevant during discussion with the customer. Memory images and related forensic artifacts will be sought with equal urgency. Malicious files and programs will be acquired for external analysis to determine their function. Vancord will request relevant privileges and access to systems as needs arise. Vancord will coordinate the incident and immediately notify personnel of actionable findings encountered during analysis, such as credential theft, data theft, and similar. The following materials, already procured or built by Vancord for its incident response customers, may be brought to bear for the duration of the engagement:  Threat hunting agents/analysis platform  Log aggregation/SIEM platform  Forensics software as applicable  Temporary on-site server, network and/or storage hardware  Secure portal for exchanging relevant data (e.g. logs, documentation and sensitive information)
S ervices. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, SAC Consulting shall provide to County the services described in Exhibit A, titled, Scope of Services attached hereto and incorporated herein. In the event of a conflict in or inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and Exhibits A/B/C/D, the Agreement shall prevail.
S ervices. Pursuant to the Underlying Agreement, Business Associate provides or may provide services (“Services”) for Covered Entity that involve the Use and Disclosure of PHI. Except as otherwise specified herein, the Business Associate may make any and all uses of PHI necessary to perform its obligations for the Covered Entity under the Underlying Agreement. All other uses not authorized by this Agreement are prohibited. Moreover, Business Associate may disclose PHI for the purposes authorized by this Agreement only to its employees, Subcontractors and agents, in accordance with Section 2.1.6., or as otherwise permitted by or as required by the Privacy or Security Rule, but only for the purpose of performing services for Covered Entity.
