Common use of Résumés Clause in Contracts

Résumés. (1 page per Key Personnel, excluding résumés) Identify and describe the Respondent’s and its Subcontractor’s proposed labor skill set, years of experience, and provide résumés of all proposed key personnel. Résumés must demonstrate experience germane to the position proposed. Résumés should include work on projects cited under the respondent’s corporate experience, and the specific functions performed on such projects. Each résumé should include at least three (3) references from recent projects, if the projects were performed for unaffiliated parties. References may not be the Respondent’s or Subcontractor’s employees. Key personnel include: Executive Director (as defined in Attachment A, Article 4), Medical Director (as defined in Attachment A, Article 4), Member Services Manager, Service Coordination Manager (STAR+PLUS only), Management Information Systems Manager, Claims Processing Manager, Provider Network Development Manager, Benefit Administration and Utilization Management Manager, Quality Improvement Manager, Behavioral Health Services Manager, Financial Functions Manager, and Reporting Manager. STAR+PLUS Service Coordinators. Please refer to Section 8.3.2.1 for a description of Service Coordinator responsibilities. In addition to the Service Coordinator Manager, please submit the following for each Service Coordinator function:
