RULES FOR CREDITING VESTING SERVICE. 4.2.1 Subject to Section 4.2.2, Years of Service shall be credited for purposes of determining a Participant's Vesting Service as specified in the Adoption Agreement. If the Employer maintains the plan of a predecessor employer, service with such predecessor employer shall be treated as service with the Employer for purposes of Vesting Service.
