Royalty and Payment Obligations. Termination of this Agreement by a Party, for any reason, shall not release Roche from any obligation to pay royalties or make any payments to FMI that are payable for sales of Product prior to the effective date of termination. Termination of this Agreement by a Party, for any reason, will release Roche from any obligation to pay royalties or make any payments to FMI that would otherwise become payable on or after the effective date of termination.
