Routines Sample Clauses

The 'Routines' clause defines the standard procedures or methods that parties must follow during the execution of an agreement. It typically outlines specific steps, timelines, or protocols for recurring tasks such as reporting, communication, or performance of services. For example, it may require regular status updates, specify how notices should be delivered, or detail the process for handling routine maintenance. The core function of this clause is to ensure consistency and predictability in the parties' interactions, reducing misunderstandings and streamlining ongoing operations.
