Common use of Routine Communications Clause in Contracts

Routine Communications. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9.01 hereof, routine communications such as distribution checks or financial statements of the Company may be sent by first-class mail, postage prepaid. The Company shall cause distributions to be made by means of wire transfer to any Member who requests the same and who provides the Company with wire transfer instructions or by such other electronic means as are agreed to by the Company and such Member.
