Common use of Rotation Clause in Contracts

Rotation. On the day of the employee’s overtime assignment, they may be removed if the 9 employee leaves, without prior approval, for a portion of the workday utilizing personal 10 necessity, vacation, and/or for medical appointments that do not comply with the prior notice 11 requirements provided in Article VIII. 12
