Common use of ROOM RESERVATION DEPOSIT Clause in Contracts

ROOM RESERVATION DEPOSIT. A $100 reservation deposit is required at the time you sign and complete your contract. This amount will be credited to your initial room and meal charges for your first semester. This deposit, if for the Foundation Residence Apartments, is nonrefundable and non-transferrable.
