ROOM RESERVATION DEPOSIT. A $100 reservation deposit is required at the time you sign and complete your contract. This amount will be credited to your initial room and meal charges for your first semester. This deposit, if for the Foundation Residence Apartments, is nonrefundable and non-transferrable. See Clause #8 concerning deposits for the traditional residence halls.

ROOM RESERVATION DEPOSIT. All Contracts must be accompanied by a $200.00 reservation deposit. This deposit is credited to the student’s first semester housing charges. The University’s acceptance of a room reservation deposit does not constitute a guarantee of admission to the University, or a guarantee of a housing assignment.
ROOM RESERVATION DEPOSIT. In additional to the signed housing application, Resident is required to submit a non- refundable Room Reservation Deposit in the amount of $240.00 (two hundred and forty dollars). This deposit will be applied to the first payment of the semester.

  • Reservation Deposit Payment of a deposit secures your reservations. Dates are not held without a reservation deposit. The balance of your reservation fee is due no later than 21 business days prior to your requested reservations.   • SHIPMENT UNDER RESERVATION PROHIBITED The Contractor is not authorized to ship the deliverables under reservation and no tender of a bill of lading will operate as a tender of deliverables.

If more than one account is necessary to operate the Property, each account shall have a unique name, except to the extent any Lender requires sub-accounts within any account. Within three (3) months after receipt by Property Manager, all rents and other funds collected in the Operating Account, after payment of all operating expenses, debt service and such amounts as may be determined by the Property Manager to be retained for reserves or improvements, shall be paid to the Company.

  • Escrow Account 31.1.1 The Concessionaire shall, prior to the Appointed Date, open and establish an Escrow Account with a Bank (the “Escrow Bank”) in accordance with this Agreement read with the Escrow Agreement.
