Common use of Room Access Clause in Contracts

Room Access. The University reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, in its sole discretion, to enter the room without prior notice to the Intern to make repairs; to inspect for compliance with health, fire and safety of building codes or with University policies or regulations; or because of any situation that the University, in its sole discretion, deems to be a danger to health, safety or property.
