Common use of Rooftop Installation Area Clause in Contracts

Rooftop Installation Area. 41.1. Tenant shall have the non-exclusive use of the Building rooftop (the “Rooftop Installation Area”) solely to operate, maintain, repair and replace rooftop antennae, mechanical equipment, communications antennas and other equipment installed by Tenant in the Rooftop Installation Area in accordance with this Article (“Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment”). Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment shall be only for Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use.

Tenant shall have may use the non-exclusive use entire rooftop of the Building rooftop (the “Rooftop Installation Area”) solely to operate, maintain, repair and replace rooftop antennae, mechanical equipment, communications antennas and other equipment installed by Tenant in the Rooftop Installation Area in accordance with this Article (“Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment”). Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment shall be only for Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use.

Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment shall be only for Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use.
