Common use of Rooftop Installation Area Clause in Contracts

Rooftop Installation Area. 41.1. Tenant may use those portions of the Building identified as a “Rooftop Installation Area” on Exhibit A attached hereto (the “Rooftop Installation Area”) solely to operate, maintain, repair and replace a satellite dish of not more than one (1) meter in diameter and related communications equipment and/or supplemental HVAC equipment installed by Tenant in the Rooftop Installation Area in accordance with this Article (“Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment”). Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment shall be only for Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use.

Rooftop Installation Area. 41.140.1. Tenant may use those portions of the Building identified as a “Rooftop Installation Tenant Roof Area” on Exhibit A attached hereto (the “Rooftop Installation Area”) solely to operate, maintain, repair and replace a rooftop antennae, satellite dish of not more than one (1) meter in diameter dishes, HVAC equipment, mechanical equipment, communications antennas and related communications equipment and/or supplemental HVAC other equipment installed by Tenant in the Rooftop Installation Area in accordance with this Article (“Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment”). Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment shall be only for Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use.

Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment shall be only for Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use.

Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment shall be only for Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use.

Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment shall be only for Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use.

Tenant’s Rooftop Equipment shall be only for Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use.
