Common use of Roles of the Parties Clause in Contracts

Roles of the Parties. The parties acknowledge and agree that with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, (i) Client is the Controller, (ii) Shiji is the Processor and that (iii) Shiji may engage Sub-processors pursuant to the requirements set forth in section 10 “General Authorization for Sub- processors” below.
