ROIC Modifier. The “ROIC Modifier” for a particular Fiscal Year shall be determined as indicated in the table below by comparing the Company’s ROIC for such Fiscal Year to the ROIC Goal for such Fiscal Year (expressed as a percentage): In no event shall the ROIC Modifier for a Fiscal Year be more than 125%.
