Common use of Roads Clause in Contracts

Roads. All roads necessary for the full utilization of the Improvements for their intended purposes have been completed and/or the necessary rights-of-way therefor have been acquired by the Governmental Authority having or exercising jurisdiction over such matters or have been dedicated to public use and accepted by such Governmental Authority and all necessary steps have been taken by Borrower and such Governmental Authority to assure the complete use thereof.

Roads. All roads necessary for the full utilization of the Improvements for their intended purposes have been or will be completed and/or in connection with the completion of the Improvements and the necessary rights-of-rights of way therefor have either been acquired by the appropriate Governmental Authority having or exercising jurisdiction over such matters or have been dedicated to the public use and accepted by such Governmental Authority and all necessary steps have been taken by Borrower and any such Governmental Authority to assure the complete use construction and installation thereof.

Roads. All roads necessary for the full utilization of the Improvements for their intended purposes have been or will be completed and/or in connection with the completion of the Improvements and the necessary rights-of-way therefor have either been acquired by the appropriate Governmental Authority having or exercising jurisdiction over such matters or have been dedicated to the public use and accepted by such Governmental Authority and all necessary steps have been taken by Borrower and any such Governmental Authority to assure the complete use construction and installation thereof.

Roads. All roads necessary for the full utilization use of the Improvements for their intended purposes and required by Governmental Authorities have either been completed and/or or the necessary rights-of-rights of way therefor are owned by Borrower or have been acquired by the appropriate Governmental Authority having Authorities or exercising jurisdiction over such matters or have been dedicated to public use and accepted by such said Governmental Authority Authorities, and all necessary steps have been taken by Borrower and such said Governmental Authority Authorities to assure the complete use thereofconstruction and installation thereof no later than the Outside Completion Date or any earlier date required by any Legal Requirement, any Lease or the REA.

All roads necessary for the full utilization use of the Improvements for their intended purposes have been completed and/or or the necessary rights-of-way therefor therefore have either been acquired by the applicable Governmental Authority having or exercising jurisdiction over such matters or have been dedicated to public use and accepted by such Governmental Authority and all Authority. All necessary steps have been taken by Borrower and such Governmental Authority to assure the complete use construction thereof.

All roads necessary for the full utilization of the Improvements for their intended purposes have either been completed and/or or the necessary rights-of-rights of way therefor have been acquired by the appropriate Governmental Authority having Authorities or exercising jurisdiction over such matters or have been dedicated to public use and accepted by such the Governmental Authority Authorities, and all necessary steps have been taken by the Borrower and such the Governmental Authority Authorities to assure the complete use thereofconstruction and installation thereof no later than the Completion Date or any earlier date required by any law, order or regulation or Lease.

All roads necessary for the full utilization of the ----- Improvements for their intended purposes have either been completed and/or or the necessary rights-of-way therefor have either been acquired by the Governmental Authority having or exercising jurisdiction over such matters appropriate governmental agency or have been dedicated to public use and accepted by such Governmental Authority the local governmental agency and all necessary steps have been taken by Borrower and such Governmental Authority the applicable governmental agency to assure the complete use construction and installation thereof.

All roads necessary for the full utilization of the Improvements for their intended purposes have either been completed and/or or the necessary rights-of-rights of way therefor have been acquired by the Governmental Authority having or exercising jurisdiction over such matters appropriate governmental authority or have been dedicated to public use and accepted by such Governmental Authority and all necessary steps have been taken by Borrower and such Governmental Authority to assure the complete use thereofsaid governmental authority.

All roads necessary for the full utilization of the Improvements improvements for their intended purposes have either been completed and/or or the necessary rights-of-way therefor therefore have either been acquired by the Governmental Local Authority having or exercising jurisdiction over such matters or have been dedicated to public use and accepted by such Governmental Local Authority and all necessary steps have been taken by Borrower and such Governmental Local Authority to assure the complete use construction and installation thereof.

Roads. All roads necessary for the full utilization of the Improvements for their intended purposes have either been completed and/or or the necessary rights-of-rights of way therefor have been acquired by the appropriate Governmental Authority having Authorities or exercising jurisdiction over such matters or have been dedicated to public use and accepted by such said Governmental Authority Authorities, and all necessary steps have been taken by Borrower and such said Governmental Authority Authorities to assure the complete use thereofconstruction and installation thereof no later than the Completion Date or any earlier date required by any Law, Premises Document or Major Lease (subject, in each case, to Section 9.06).

All roads necessary for the full utilization use of the Improvements for their intended purposes purposes: (a) have been completed and/or completed; or (b) the necessary rights-of-way therefor have been acquired by the Governmental Authority having or exercising jurisdiction over such matters or have been dedicated to public use and accepted by such appropriate Governmental Authority Authorities, and all necessary steps have been taken by Borrower and such Governmental Authority Authorities to assure the complete use thereofconstruction, installation, and availability of them on completion of the Improvements.

All roads necessary for the full utilization of the Improvements for their intended purposes have been completed and/or or the necessary rights-of-way therefor have either been acquired by the Governmental Authority having or exercising jurisdiction over such matters appropriate governmental authorities or have been dedicated to the public use and accepted by such Governmental Authority Authority, and all necessary steps have been taken by Borrower and any such Governmental Authority to assure the complete use construction and installation thereof.

All roads necessary for the full utilization of the Improvements for their intended purposes have been or will be completed and/or in connection with the completion of the Improvements and, except for any private roads located entirely on the Land, the necessary rights-of-rights of way therefor have either been acquired by the appropriate Governmental Authority having or exercising jurisdiction over such matters or have been dedicated to the public use and accepted by such Governmental Authority and all necessary steps have been taken by Borrower and any such Governmental Authority to assure the complete use construction and installation thereof.

All roads necessary for the full utilization use of the Improvements for their intended purposes have been completed and/or or the necessary rights-of-way therefor therefore have either been acquired by the applicable Governmental Authority having or exercising jurisdiction over such matters or have been dedicated to public use and accepted by such Governmental Authority and all Authority. All necessary steps have been taken by Borrower Xxxxxxxx and such Governmental Authority to assure the complete use rehabilitation thereof.

All roads necessary for the full utilization of the Improvements for their intended purposes have either been completed and/or or the necessary rights-of-rights of way therefor have been acquired by the appropriate Governmental Authority having Authorities or exercising jurisdiction over such matters or have been dedicated to public use and accepted by such said Governmental Authority and all necessary steps have been taken by Borrower and such Governmental Authority to assure the complete use thereofAuthorities.
