The losses that you sustain may be more than the cash or any other assets that you deposit in PROFITECH as collaterals. The market may disable the back-up trading orders, such as “Stop Loss” or “Limit Price” from being executed. You may be required to deposit additional margin amount or pay interest in a short period of time. If you fail to deposit the margin amount or pay interest within the designated time, your collaterals may be sold out without the your consent. In addition, you should be liable for the deficit or interest to be paid in your account as a result.   • Foreign Exchange PFPC Trust and/or sub-custodians may enter into or arrange foreign exchange transactions (at such rates as they may consider appropriate) in order to facilitate transactions under this Agreement, and such entities and/or their affiliates may receive compensation in connection with such foreign exchange transactions.

  • Foreign Exchange Risk Any foreign currency investments and exposures would normally be hedged via the use of forward foreign exchange contracts and/or currency options or preferably by a natural hedge with foreign pay liabilities of the Insurance Company. Unhedged foreign investments will be limited to 10% of invested assets at cost if judged appropriate. Unhedged exposure above this amount must be approved by the Investment Committee.

  • International Transactions When you use your Visa Debit Card, Platinum Visa Credit Card, or ATM card for international transactions, a fee will be assessed. You agree to pay a 1.00% international transaction fee for ATM and point-of-sale (i.e., PIN-based) transactions and a 3.00% international transaction fee for all other international transactions and cash advances. The fee will be assessed on international transactions if a currency conversion does take place or if the transaction is processed in U.S. dollars. When you use your Visa Debit Card, Visa Credit Card, or ATM card at a merchant that settles in, or at an ATM that dispenses, currency other than U.S. dollars, the charge will be converted into the U.S. dollar amount. The currency conversion rate used to determine the transaction amount in U.S. dollars is either a wholesale market rate or the government-mandated rate in effect the day before the processing date. The conversion rate in effect on the processing date may differ from the rate in effect on the transaction date or posting date. The International Transaction Fee will be calculated after the transaction has been converted to U.S. dollars.

  • Information Exchange As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date, the Parties shall exchange information regarding the design and compatibility of the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities and Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities and compatibility of the Interconnection Facilities with the Participating TO’s Transmission System, and shall work diligently and in good faith to make any necessary design changes.

  • INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT 1. Profits derived by an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State.

  • INTERNATIONAL BIDDING All offers (tenders), and all information and Product required by the solicitation or provided as explanation thereof, shall be submitted in English. All prices shall be expressed, and all payments shall be made, in United States Dollars ($US). Any offers (tenders) submitted which do not meet the above criteria will be rejected.

  • Futures Transactions in futures involve the obligation to make, or to take, delivery of the underlying asset of the contract at a future date, or in some cases to settle the Investment Adviser’s position with cash from a Portfolio or elsewhere. Transactions in futures carry a high degree of risk. The “gearing” or “leverage” often obtainable in futures trading means that a small deposit or down payment can lead to large losses as well as gains. It also means that a relatively small market movement can lead to a proportionately much larger movement in the value of the Investment Adviser’s investment, and this can work against the Investment Adviser as well as for the Investment Adviser. Futures transactions have a contingent liability, and the Investment Adviser should be aware of the implications of this, in particular the margining requirements, which are described in paragraph 7.2 below.

  • International Transfers 10.1. We will only transfer Personal Data outside the European Economic Area where We have complied with Our obligations under applicable Data Protection Laws in ensuring adequate safeguards in relation to such transfer.

  • Limited International Bidding Goods which the Association agrees can only be purchased from a limited number of suppliers may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Limited International Bidding.

If the Assignor is required, pursuant to any applicable present or future law, rule or regulation of any competent governmental or other administrative body, to make any deduction or withholding from any amount payable to Xxxxxxx Science pursuant to this Agreement, the Assignor shall pay to Xxxxxxx Science an additional amount as will, after the deduction or withholding has been made, leave Xxxxxxx Science with the same amount as it would have been entitled to receive in the absence of any such requirement to make a deduction or withholding; promptly pay to the relevant authority the amount of such deduction or withholding; and provide evidence of the same to Xxxxxxx Science on request.
