Risk of Payments by Post. Whenever payments are to be made or documents are to be sent to the Holders by the Company, Adsero or Adsero Callco, or by the Holders to the Company, Adsero or Adsero Callco, the making of such payment or sending of such document sent through the post shall be at the risk of the Company, Adsero or Adsero Callco, in the case of payments made or documents sent by the Company, Adsero or Adsero Callco, and the Holders, in the case of payments made or documents sent by the Holders.
