RISK FACTOR. By accepting this RIU Award, you hereby represent and acknowledge that investment in common units of the Company’s common stock involves a degree of risk. If you elect to participate in the Plan, the Brazilian Participant should monitor their participation and consider all risk factors relevant to the vesting or delivery of common units of the Company’s common stock under the Plan as set in this Agreement.
