The General Risk Disclosure Notice sets out the particular investment risk of investing in complex financial instruments. Your execution of the Client Account Application will be treated as your informed acknowledgment that you have carefully read and are prepared to accept the risks outlined in the General Risk Disclosure Notice of this Client Agreement and the Risk Warning Notice available on our website.
