Rights Which Survive Termination or Expiration. The termination of this Agreement shall in no event terminate or prejudice (a) any right arising out of or accruing in connection with the terms of this Agreement attributable to events and circumstances occurring prior to termination, or (b) any rights or obligations specified in this Agreement to survive termination.
