RIGHTS UPON INSPECTION OR CORRECTION. 1. The Contractor shall not be allowed an extension of the Contract Time (or any milestones) because of any delay in the performance of the Work attributable to the exercise by the County of its rights and remedies under this Section 1.09. Where the County exercises its rights under this Section 1.09, it retains all other rights it has by law or under the Contract, including but not limited to, the right to terminate Contractor’s right to proceed with the Work for cause under the Contract and/or make a claim or back charge where a Change Order cannot be agreed upon.
