RIGHTS RESERVED BY STATE. (a) State reserves the right to use the real property involved (not including real property installed, erected or constructed by Lessee) in any manner, including but not limited to the right to construct, place, maintain, use, operate, repair, replace, alter and move pipelines, conduits, culverts, ducts, fences, poles, electrical energy, power and communication lines, roads, bridges, subways, sidewalks, to grant easements over, across, upon and under said real property, and the continuous right of ingress to and egress from any portion or portions of said real property in such manner as not to create any unreasonable interference with the exercise of the rights granted to Lessee.
