RIGHTS OF THE UNIVERSITY. 4-1 MANAGEMENT RIGHTS - The University has the right to the general supervision of the Institution and the control and direction of the expenditures from the Institution's funds. The University, by this Agreement, reserves and retains, solely and exclusively all rights to manage, direct and supervise the University's work force and affairs, and retains solely its management rights and functions except as they are clearly and expressly limited or abridged by this Agreement.
