Common use of RIGHTS OF THE LCO Clause in Contracts

RIGHTS OF THE LCO. 7.1 The LCO shall continue to have its right of ownership of its network used to deliver the cable TV services under this agreement and it can expand/ upgrade/ change/ replace/ re-design any part or entire network subject to the condition that any such activity does not interrupt or degrade the Quality of Service offered to the subscriber on its network.
