Rights of the Employee. In no event shall the granting of the Option or the other provisions hereof or the acceptance of the Option by the Employee interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company, a Subsidiary or an Affiliate to terminate the Employee’s employment at any time, nor confer upon the Employee any right to continue in the employ of the Company, a Subsidiary or an Affiliate for any period of time or to continue his present or any other rate of compensation.
