Rights of Series A Preferred Units. (a) The Corporation shall be entitled to receive liquidating distributions in respect of the Series A Preferred Units in the manner set forth in Section 14.02(c). The Corporation shall be entitled to receive distributions other than liquidating distributions in respect of the Series A Preferred Units in the manner set forth in Section 4.01(a)(i) and Section 4.01(b)(i)(A).
