Common use of Rights of Holder Clause in Contracts

Rights of Holder. The Holder shall not, by virtue of anything contained in this Warrant or otherwise, be entitled to any right whatsoever, either at law or in equity, of a stockholder of the Company, including without limitation, the right to receive dividends or to vote or to consent or to receive notice as a shareholder in respect of the meetings of shareholders or the election of directors of the Company or any other matter.

Rights of Holder. The Holder shall holder of a Warrant will not, by virtue of anything contained in this Warrant Agreement or otherwise, prior to exercise of the Warrant, be entitled to any right whatsoever, either at in law or in equity, of a stockholder of the Company, including without limitation, the right to receive dividends or to vote or to consent or to receive notice as a shareholder stockholder in respect of the meetings of shareholders stockholders or the election of directors of the Company or of any other matter.

Rights of Holder. The Holder shall not, by virtue of anything contained in this Revocable Warrant Agreement or otherwise, prior to exercise of this Revocable Warrant, be entitled to any right whatsoever, either at in law or in equity, of a stockholder of the Company, including without limitation, the right to receive dividends or to vote or to consent or to receive notice as a shareholder stockholder in respect of the meetings of shareholders stockholders or the election of directors of the Company or of any other matter.

Rights of Holder. The Prior to exercise of this Warrant, Holder shall not, by virtue of anything contained in this Warrant or otherwise, not be entitled to any right whatsoeverrights as a shareholder or a member, either at law or in equityas the case may be, of a stockholder of with respect to the CompanyWarrant Shares, including (without limitation, ) the right to vote such Warrant Shares or receive dividends or to vote or to consent or to receive notice distributions thereon, as a shareholder in respect of the meetings of shareholders or the election of directors of the Company or any other mattercase may be.
