Common use of Rights in Technology Clause in Contracts

Rights in Technology. During the term of this Agreement, each Party will use commercially reasonable efforts not to diminish the rights under its Pre-existing Inventions, Sole Inventions or Joint Inventions granted to each other herein, including without limitation by not committing or permitting any acts or omissions which would cause the breach of any agreements between itself and Third Parties which provide for intellectual property rights applicable to the development, manufacture, use or sale of Licensed Products.
