Rights and Obligations of Grantee. To accomplish the purpose stated above, and at Grantee’s sole expense, the following rights are conveyed to Grantee by this Easement:
Rights and Obligations of Grantee. On agreement with Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx is entitled to select Archives for the exercise of the right hereunder. Grantee is obliged to accompany every used image by the information that it is an image of Archives from the funds and/or the collection of the Lidice Memorial. The parties hereto agree that if the representation of Archives created hereunder becomes a new work protected by copyright, the party solely responsible for compliance with the Copyright Act is Grantee unless agreed otherwise in writing.
