Regardless of when or how this Agreement is terminated, you are still obligated to pay the full amount of all charges, fees and taxes based on the actual amount of electricity used. You agree to pay all amounts that are due at termination. If we are canceling, our obligation to provide electric service to you will end either on the date specified in the notice we provide, or immediately if we are terminating service for misrepresentation or fraud. We reserve the right to pursue all other legal remedies in addition to cancellation.
