RIGHT TO USE OF COMMON AREA. The member shall have the right to the use of the common areas of the Park including green belts, recreational facilities such as roads, tennis courts, swimming pools, playgrounds, lounges, hiking trails and sport fields which are considered to be part of the annual fee, said rights to be in common with all other members of the Campground. The member shall have the right to quiet enjoyment of the Campground so long as all Rules and Regulations are maintained and complied with.
