Common use of Right to Retain Subconsultants Clause in Contracts

Right to Retain Subconsultants. The Professional may engage the services of any professional as a subconsultant when, in the Professionals’ sole opinion, it is appropriate to do so. Such subconsultants may include both general and specialized professional services deemed necessary by the Professional to carry out the scope of the Professional’s services. Professional shall not be required by the Client to retain any subconsultant not fully acceptable to the Professional.
