Right to Retain Subconsultants. WHKS may use the services of subconsultants when, in the sole opinion of WHKS, it is appropriate and customary to do so. Such persons and entities include, but are not limited to, aerial mapping specialists, geotechnical consultants and testing laboratories. WHKS' use of other consultants for additional services shall not be unreasonably restricted by Client provided WHKS notifies Client in advance.
