Right to relinquishment during the Exploration Period. During whichever phase of the Exploration Period, the CONTRACTOR shall have the right to relinquish hereto, as long as he has satisfactorily accomplished Minimum Exploratory Program of the current phase, and the remaining obligations he is accountable for. To such purpose, the CONTRACTOR shall provide notice in writing to XXX, previously to the termination of the phase in progress.

  • Right to Terminate Following Event of Default If at any time an Event of Default with respect to a party (the “Defaulting Party”) has occurred and is then continuing, the other party (the “Non-defaulting Party”) may, by not more than 20 days notice to the Defaulting Party specifying the relevant Event of Default, designate a day not earlier than the day such notice is effective as an Early Termination Date in respect of all outstanding Transactions. If, however, “Automatic Early Termination” is specified in the Schedule as applying to a party, then an Early Termination Date in respect of all outstanding Transactions will occur immediately upon the occurrence with respect to such party of an Event of Default specified in Section 5(a)(vii)(1), (3), (5), (6) or, to the extent analogous thereto, (8), and as of the time immediately preceding the institution of the relevant proceeding or the presentation of the relevant petition upon the occurrence with respect to such party of an Event of Default specified in Section 5(a)(vii)(4) or, to the extent analogous thereto, (8).

  • Notice and Right to Cure The Project is subject to any ground lease and mortgage identified with name and address of ground lessor or mortgagee in Appendix D to this Lease (as the same may be amended from time to time by written notice to Tenant). Tenant agrees to send by registered or certified mail to any ground lessor or mortgagee identified either in such Appendix or in any later notice from Landlord to Tenant a copy of any notice of default sent by Tenant to Landlord. If Landlord fails to cure such default within the required time period under this Lease, but ground lessor or mortgagee begins to cure within ten (10) days after such period and proceeds diligently to complete such cure, then ground lessor or mortgagee shall have such additional time as is necessary to complete such cure, including any time necessary to obtain possession if possession is necessary to cure, and Tenant shall not begin to enforce its remedies so long as the cure is being diligently pursued.

  • Right to Terminate Following Termination Event Sections 6(b)(ii)-(iv) are deleted in their entirety and replaced by the following:

  • CERTAIN RIGHTS RESERVED TO LANDLORD Landlord reserves the following rights, each of which Landlord may exercise without notice to Tenant and without liability to Tenant, and the exercise of any such rights shall not be deemed to constitute an eviction or disturbance of Tenant’s use or possession of the Leased Premises and shall not give rise to any claim for set-off or abatement of rent or any other claim: (a) to change the name or street address of the Building or the suite number of the Leased Premises; (b) to install, affix and maintain any and all signs on the exterior or interior of the Building; (c) to make repairs, decorations, alterations, additions or improvements, whether structural or otherwise, in and about the Building or the Common Areas, and for such purposes to enter upon the Leased Premises, temporarily close doors, corridors and other areas of the Building and interrupt or temporarily suspend services or use of Common Areas, and Tenant agrees to pay Landlord for overtime and similar expenses incurred if such work is done other than during ordinary business hours at Tenant’s request; (d) to retain at all times, and to use in appropriate instances, keys to all doors within and into the Leased Premises; (e) to grant to any person or to reserve unto itself the exclusive right to conduct any business or render any service in the Building; (f) to show or inspect the Leased Premises at reasonable times and, if vacated or abandoned, to prepare the Leased Premises for reoccupancy; (g) to install, use and maintain in and through the Leased Premises pipes, conduits, wires and ducts serving the Building, provided that such installation, use and maintenance does not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s use of the Leased Premises; (h) to take any other action which Landlord deems reasonable in connection with the operation, maintenance, marketing or preservation of the Building; and (i) to approve the weight, size and location of safes or other heavy equipment or articles, which articles may be located in the Leased Premises or moved in, about or out of the Building or Leased Premises only at such times and in such manner as Landlord shall direct, at Tenant’s sole risk and responsibility.

  • Termination of Consulting Period Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, the Consulting Period and Consultant’s services as a consultant hereunder shall terminate, and, except as otherwise specifically provided herein, this Agreement shall terminate:
