Common use of Right to Occupy Clause in Contracts

Right to Occupy. This Contract is for an assigned Space in University Housing and not for a specific ĂĐĐŽŵŵŽĚĂƚŝŽŶ͕ hŶŝƚ Žƌ ƵŝůĚŝŶŐ͘ /ƚ ŝƐ h,Z>͛Ɛ ĂŐƌĞĞ Housing for residential purposes, together with any installed fixtures and provided furnishings, plus shared use of their Unit and of the Building common areas. This Contract is not a lease or license and does not create any property interest or tenancy rights in any Building or in any particular Unit or Space.
