Right to Belong. All personnel employed to fill positions identified in Article 2, Section A shall be considered to be members of the bargaining unit, and shall be subject to terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Right to Buy You may have the right to buy your house under Part III of the Housing (Scotland) Xxx 0000 as amended by the Housing (Scotland) Xxx 0000. The price and other terms will be decided according to the terms of those Acts.
Right to Grieve Where an employee feels that she has been aggrieved by a decision of the Employer related to promotion, demotion or transfer, the employee may grieve the decision at Step 3 of the grievance procedure in Article 9 of this Agreement within seven (7) days of being notified of the results.
RIGHT TO ENTER In permitting the use of the Facility described herein, Alamo Colleges District does not relinquish control or custody thereof and does hereby specifically retain the right to enforce any and all laws, rules and/or policies and procedures of Alamo Colleges District applicable thereto. All portions of the Facility will at all times be under the charge and control of Alamo Colleges District. Alamo Colleges District’s agent or other authorized representative of Alamo Colleges District may enter upon the Facility at all times to make inspections to ensure compliance with this Agreement.
Right If Change in Control occurs and if, in respect of the Executive, a Triggering Event occurs on or before the Expiry Date, the Executive shall be entitled to elect to terminate his employment with the Corporation and to receive a payment from the Corporation in the amount an amount represented by the formula A × (B + C) where: A = 3; B = the highest annualized rate of monthly base salary received by the Executive in the thirty-six months immediately preceding the Change in Control; and C = the highest bonus amounts received by the Executive in the calendar year of the Change in Control or in any one of the three calendar years immediately preceding the calendar year of the Change in Control; subject to the monetary limitations set out in Article 4 below.

RIGHT TO MONITOR AND AUDIT COUNTY, State and Federal Governments shall have the right to monitor all work performed under this Agreement to assure that all-applicable State and Federal regulations are met. COUNTY, State and Federal Governments shall have the right to audit all work, records and procedures related to this Agreement to determine the extent to which the program is achieving its purposes and performance goals. COUNTY will have the right to review financial and programmatic reports and will notify CONTRACTOR of any potential Federal and/or State exception(s) discovered during such examination. COUNTY will follow-up and require that the CONTRACTOR takes timely and appropriate action on all deficiencies. Failure by the CONTRACTOR to take timely and appropriate action on all deficiencies shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
Right to Use City shall not be limited in any way in its use or reuse of the Documents and Data or any part of them at any time for purposes of this Project or another project, provided that any such use not within the purposes intended by this Agreement or on a project other than this Project without employing the services of Consultant shall be at City’s sole risk. If City uses or reuses the Documents & Data on any project other than this Project, it shall remove the Consultant’s seal from the Documents & Data and indemnify and hold harmless Consultant and its officers, directors, agents and employees from claims arising out of the negligent use or re-use of the Documents & Data on such other project. Consultant shall be responsible and liable for its Documents & Data, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, only with respect to the condition of the Documents & Data at the time they are provided to the City upon completion, suspension, abandonment or termination. Consultant shall not be responsible or liable for any revisions to the Documents & Data made by any party other than Consultant, a party for whom the Consultant is legally responsible or liable, or anyone approved by the Consultant.
Right to Participate The indemnified party agrees to afford the indemnifying party and its counsel the opportunity to be present at, and to participate in, conferences with all persons, including Governmental Authorities, asserting any Indemnity Claim against the indemnified party or conferences with representatives of or counsel for such persons.
