Membership Options. Membership in the Association is not compulsory. Employees have the right to join, not join, maintain, or terminate their membership in the Association as they see fit. Neither party shall exert or put pressure on or discriminate against an employee as regards such matters. There are a number of ways in which to participate in Juno through your Customer Organisation, such as various subscription plans, promotional plans, and non-subscription purchases. These options consist of different Benefits and features and may be subject to additional and differing conditions, prices, policies and limitations. Juno reserves the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend its membership options and plans at any time at our absolute discretion. From time to time we may permit non-members to access certain Benefits, content or features for a cost or at no cost. Juno makes no commitment on the quantity, availability, type or frequency at which such Benefits, content and features will be available to non-members and may modify, discontinue, remove or suspend access at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion.

Membership Options a) Xpress membership entitles you to use any of our Xpress facilities in Australia.

This Membership Agreement between Member, listed in section 1, and MOVE Yoga (henceforth “The Studio”) is on an initial six month basis for option A, while with option B and C the membership fees are payable in advance for a six or twelve month period. Option D is on a month-to month basis. For option A, B and C, after the initial agreed period, should the member want to end the Membership with MOVE Yoga, a written notice ending the Membership should be given on the first of the relevant month to MOVE Yoga. During this notice month Membership fees are still payable in advance.
