Common use of Right of Withhold or Set-off Clause in Contracts

Right of Withhold or Set-off. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties in writing, according to the applicable law we may exercise a right of withhold and/or set-off over all Client’s money in Client’s account/s with us until all outstanding fees, costs, charges, expenses and liabilities due to us have been paid in full.
