RIGHT OF THE EMPLOYER TO TERMINATE PLAN. 11.3.1 The Employer intends and expects that from year to year it will be able to and will deem it advisable to continue this Plan in effect and to make contributions as herein provided. The Employer reserves the right, however, to terminate the Plan with respect to its Employees at any time by an instrument in writing delivered to the Administrator and the Trustee, or to completely discontinue its contributions thereto at any time.
