At any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable advance notice, permit Administrative Agent or any the Bank or any agent or representative thereof thereof, to examine and make copies and abstracts from its the records and books of account of, and visit the properties of, such Borrower and any of its properties Subsidiaries, and to discuss its the affairs, finances and accounts of such Borrower and any such Subsidiary with the any of their respective officers and directors and such Borrower's independent accountants of Borroweraccountants.
